Sarah is a registered social worker who supports individuals through anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, trauma, stress, and grief. Drawing on specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she offers a values-based, mindfulness-informed approach to help clients navigate emotional challenges and move toward a more meaningful life.

Sarah creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can reconnect with what matters most, build resilience, and take empowered steps forward. With experience in both clinical and community settings (13+ years), she brings compassion, insight, and a deep understanding of life’s complexities to her work.
In her spare time, Sarah likes to be outdoors, visiting a local market, or traveling.
